Is the amount I can convert limited?

Some offers restrict how much bonus money can become cash. If a cap applies, your account shows it in the offer terms before you opt in. Any amount over the cap is removed once wagering is finished.

Is there a stake limit during a bonus?

Yes, when the offer says so. The offer details list the maximum bet per spin or hand. Go over it and the bonus, plus any winnings it produced, may be voided.

Do bonuses expire?

Yes. Every offer carries an expiry, shown in your account. Daily spins must be used on the day they arrive. Unused spins, credits and unfinished wagering lapse at expiry.

How do I opt in?

We never apply a bonus without your consent. Select the offer in your account and confirm it. You are free to turn down any offer and play using only your own money.

Can I hold two bonuses together?

No. Only a single bonus can run at once. Finish it, or forfeit it, before you claim the next one.

Can these rules change?

Yes. New rules cover offers claimed once the revised version goes up on this page. Any offer you already claimed stays on its original rules, unless the law says otherwise.
